Audition   
From the age of 8 years old children will now need to audition for entry in to the school
Arrival
Please make sure your child is brought to class on time. Being late disturbs the children who have already started the class.  If you arrive late for class please knock on the door and the teacher will let you in.

Collection

Please make sure your child is picked up on time. It’s very difficult to get the next class started if children are still waiting to be collected 10/15 minutes after their class has finished.   Please wait outside until the class has finished and the teacher has opened the door. School ID cards are needed at David Lloyd; please take them with you to every class. 

Trial class

You are welcome to take a trial class with no obligation to join the school.  Please dress your child in something comfortable. If you would then like to join the class the correct uniform must be worn and the terms fees paid.

Parent's day

When your child first joins the school you are more than welcome to stay and watch the first class. Once your child is settled we would prefer them to be left with us.  We have a parents watching day on the last class of every term.

Fees

The term’s fees include VAT, should be paid before the start of the term.
If you are new pupil and starting half way through the term please contact the office for the appropriate fee reduction.

Registration

Your cheque ensures your space in the class. You will not hear from us again unless the class of your choice is full.
Cheques
Please write down your child’s name and class on the back of your cheque. Please make the cheque for the fees payable to The West London School of Dance Ltd.
½ Terms notice

Please note half a term’s notice or fees in lieu is required if you are withdrawing your child.
Waiting List
 If your child is put on the waiting list, we will contact you when a place becomes available
Missed classes
If your child is sick and you miss a class, you can make up a class on another day by arrangement with the school office. Fees will not be refunded.

Uniform

Correct uniform must be worn at all times, and hair must be done correctly
